CRiSTL17: What did you gain from attending CRiSTL last year as an artist?
" Last year, I had the chance to test out if hand lettering would be a viable means to supporting animals and I'm glad it was. I've tried selling my original paintings to support animals for quiet some time, but have had little gain. So I'm glad CRiSTL gave me the chance to try something different last year and I'm glad it worked."- Aalia Rahman, CRiSTL17 artist

CRiSTL17:What did you gain from attending CRiSTL last year as performers?
"As an artist and performer I gained a new perspective , that is, Ive always written poetry for my own therapy and enjoyment. But being able to have the opportunity to share that with so many people was even more inspiring." - Mariam Alhalabi, College Student and Poet CRiSTL17
